Are your products gluten free?


Yes, we offer a range of gluten free products, all will be labelled with gluten free. However, our store does contain products containing gluten and wheat and therefore we cannot promise that there has been no possible cross-contamination.




Are your products vegan friendly?


Yes, we also offer a range of both vegan and non-vegan products, all vegan products will be labelled with Vegan. However, as our store does contain non-vegan, we cannot promise that there has been no possible cross-contamination.




Are your products organic?


We offer a range of Organic and non-organic products; all organic products will be labelled with Organic.




What is the difference between organic and organically grown?


Products labelled as organic have been certified as organic, this is a registered trademark which has it’s own strict standard that has been approved by the government. Those products labelled as organically grown have not yet received the certification as organic however are grown organically free of pesticides.




I’ve noticed that your prices aren’t always the same, why is that?


Our products prices are subject to change if products are in or out of season, or suppliers stocks are high in demand.




Can I order certain products in Large amounts (e.g. 5kg, 10kg or 20kg)?


Yes, we also do special orders for customers who would like to order products in large bulk quantities. Please contact us on 0488622488 or email orders@berwickbulkfoods.com.au for special large bulk orders.




What protocols do you have during COVID-19?


We would like to assure you that we have increased hygiene and cleaning procedures within the store and by staff members. The following protocols are in place. - Hand Sanitiser is provided at the door for customers before coming in - Currently there is no self-service on any food products, if you are shopping at the store directly please wait by the door for our friendly staff to serve and collect your items for you. - All staff will be wearing masks and gloves and change them regularly. - The store is sanitised a minimum of 2 times a day. - The store is limited to 4 people at one time. - Social Distancing: We have provided markings on the floor to help keep a 1.5m distance between staff and customers. - Any staff member that has symptoms of a cold and or flu is asked not to come to work and we would like to ask if you were exhibiting flu like symptoms that you would consider a local area delivery rather than coming to the shop. - Cash and Card are both being accepted; however, we encourage customers to tap and pay to limit the handling of cash (extra sanitation is used during the acceptance of Cash).




Can I bring my own jars and get them filled?


Yes, you can. If there is still product in your jars/containers we can still fill them up, we will just weight the amount off. During COVID we are still accepting jars, our staff provide extra sanitation during these processes.




Go Vita Berwick is your sister store, do their Sale days also apply to you?


No, we have our own loyalty system. Ask our friendly staff for one of our loyalty cards. Every $10 spent earns a stamp on your card, when the 10th one is reached you receive a $5 discount. We also have our own weekly specials and other sales at our store.
