Cacao Hemp Protein Balls

Gluten Free - Flourless - Makes 16 Balls
1 cup (130) putted dates
1/4 cup (25g) hemp seeds (plus extra for topping)
3 tbsp (21) cacao powder
3/4 (130) Loving Earth 85% dark chocolate
Place dates, hemp seeds, cacao powder and almonds reserving 16) in food processor. Blend until well combined.
Roll a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and poke an almond in the middle. Mould mixture into a ball around the nut. Repeat remaining mixture.
(Optional) Using a double boiler melt the dark chocolate. Once melted roll the balls in chocolate. Place the balls onto a baking tray sprinkling the hemp seeds on top. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
