Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

These cookies are super easy to make and taste delicious !


Dairy Free- Gluten Free- Refined Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup/100g Almond Flour (Blanched Almond Meal)

  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil

  • 2 Tbs Honey/Maple Syrup (Vegan Option)

  • 1Tsp Vanilla Bean Exract

  • 2 Tbs/25g Macadamia Nuts (roughly chopped)

  • 2 Tbs Vegan Chocolate Chips

  • Pinch Sea Salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, and line a baking tray with a baking mat/parchment paper

  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, salt, coconut oil, honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract

  3. Mix in the macadamia nuts and chocolate chips

  4. Refridgerate mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes

  5. Roll the mixture into balls and slightly flattern with your hand

  6. Bake the cookies for 5-10 minutes or until lightly golden

  7. Allow to cool & enjoy !
