Chocolate Fluffy Protein Pancakes

Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan
PANCAKE INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Pea Protein Powder OR Organic Sprouted Rice Protein
1 1/2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 cup Flour, gluten free and self-rising
2 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Almond mylk
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp Sweetner
CHOCOLATE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Protein powder
1 1/2 tsp Cacao Powder
METHOD
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until there are no lumps.
Pour mixture and cook each pancake for 2-4 minutes on each side.
To make the sauce, start by melting the coconut oil first. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
Then add the maple syrup, protein powder, and cacao and stir them together.
Stack pancakes, and top with the chocolate sauce, berries, and coconut ice cream.
