Gluten Free- Dairy Free
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Cups of Coconut Milk
1tbs of Raw Honey/Maple Syrup
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Byron Bay Honey Roasted Paleo Granola
Fresh Berries to Serve
Whisk Coconut Milk, Honey/Maple Syrup & Vanilla together in a bowl
Pour over Chia Seeds & stir well
Leave the mixture to stand & thicken to a pudding consistency for at least 20 minutes or cover and refridgerate overnight
When ready top with berries and granola.
