Coconut Chia Pudding

Getting sick of the same old breakfast routine? Try this Super easy nourishing breakfast !


Gluten Free- Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

  • 2 Cups of Coconut Milk

  • 1tbs of Raw Honey/Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Cup Byron Bay Honey Roasted Paleo Granola

  • Fresh Berries to Serve

METHOD

  1. Whisk Coconut Milk, Honey/Maple Syrup & Vanilla together in a bowl

  2. Pour over Chia Seeds & stir well

  3. Leave the mixture to stand & thicken to a pudding consistency for at least 20 minutes or cover and refridgerate overnight

  4. When ready top with berries and granola.
