How To Make Your Own Plant Based Milk

Nourish your body with homemade plant based milk!
Gluten Free - Vegan
ALMOND MILK
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of prepared almonds
4 cups of fiitered water
METHOD
Prepare almonds by placing nuts in a glass bowl. Cover with filtered water. Soak for 12 hours then drain and rinse.
Place prepared almonds and filtered water in a blender and process for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into your Ever Eco nut milk bag over a large bowl. Pull drawstring closed and gently squeeze the bag until all the liquid is released.
Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
Tip: Add left over nut pulp to baking or bliss balls.
MACADAMIA MILK
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of prepared macadamia nuts
4 Cups of filtered water
METHOD
Prepare macadamia nuts by placing nuts in a glass bowl. Cover with filtered water. Soak for 8 hours then drain and rinse.
Place prepared macadamia nuts and filtered water into a blender and process for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into your Ever Eco nut milk bag over a large bowl. Pull drawstring closed and gently sqqueeze the bag until all liquid is released.
Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
Tip: Use left over macadamia pulp as a nourishing face scrub or in your smoothies.
CHOC HAZELNUT MILK
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of prepared hazelnuts
4 Cups of filtered water
4 medjool dates
2 tbs raw cacao powder
1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder or extract
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
METHOD
Prepare hazelnuts nuts by placing nuts in a glass bowl. Cover with filtered water. Soak for 12 hours then drain and rinse.
Place all ingredients into a blender and process for 1 minute. Pour mixture into your Ever Eco nut milk bag over a large bowl.
Pull drawstring and gently squeeze bag until all liquid is released.
Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
Tip: Remember to remove pits from dates before placing them in the belnder.
