Warm Winter Chocolate Mug Cake

Quick & easy warm gooey chocolate mud cake for desert !
Vegan- Gluten Free- Serves 1
2 tbs of Almond Meal
2 tbs of Cacao Powder
2 tbs of Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
1 tbs of Coconut Oil
3 tbs of Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)
2 tbs of Loving Earth Coconut Mylk Chocolate (roughly chopped)
Add the Almond Meal, , Cacao, Sugar, & Baking Powder to a mug & whisk until combined.
Pour the Coconut Oil, mylk, vanilla into the mug with the dry ingredients & stir well with a spoon. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate on top.
Cook in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. It will likely be undercooked in the middle, however if you'd prefer yours more cooked, cook it for a further 10-20 seconds.
