Choose between Flower, Herb or Polka Dot plant seeds, specially handpicked for the current season. Don't worry, we've got you covered for the soil too. Our instant soil pellets come dry and mess free, all you have to do is add water to expand - now that's magic.

ECO TIP:  Re-use your FLAME TO FLORA bag to store small items such as jewellery or the herbs you grow afterwards (yes  - they are food grade!). Or fill it with dried lavender flowers and use it as a scent bag to freshen up your old drawers.

Step 1: Burn and enjoy up to 35 hours of blissful scent.

It's never easy to say goodbye. But it's time to stop burning your candle when there is around 1 - 1.5cm of wax left on the bottom of the jar, otherwise it may get too hot and become a fire hazard.

Step 2: Remove excess wax from jar.

We've got an easy trick for this one. Pop the jar into the freezer for a few hours or until the wax is frozen. When this is done, you'll find the wax will have loosened from the edges of the jar. Then just use a fork or butterknife to remove the wax block (you may need to carefully crack it first to get it out). If there is remaining residue, simply rinse the jar with soap and warm water. 

Step 3: Expand soil pellets.

It's time to use the soil pellets from your FLAME TO FLORA seed kit. Remove the protective netting on each pellet by carefully pinching the edges and unravelling the thin and transparent outer layer. Pop the pellets into the jar and fill up 3/4 of the jar with warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes as the soil expands, then stir and even out. Add more water as required so that the soil is moist but not soaked. Just like that - you're ready to plant.

Step 4: Plant the seeds.

Open your FLAME TO FLORA seed packet and press the seeds into the surface of the soil, spread evenly apart. Be sure to refer to the sowing instructions on the back of the packet for a guide on how deep to sow the seeds, as this may vary depending on the seasonal seed. You don't need to use up the whole seed packet, spread them out evenly to give each seed some space to grow. If you plant too many, weed out to the strongest 2 or 3 seedlings.

Step 5: Water and grow.

Follow the care instructions on the back of your FLAME TO FLORA seed packet. Pop it on your windowsill or in a sunny spot, and watch as your little seedlings sprout. Make sure to water as per your seed instructions, being careful not to over or under water. Harvest herbs regularly or for flowers, transplant to a bigger pot once the seedlings outgrow the jar; then start fresh with a new plant and continue your zero waste journey.
